Upgrading Profiles

After your profile has been upgraded from a basic listing to either a Full or Premium listing, either through the profile subscription option or you have spoken with your Sales Team member and they have upgraded your profiles. There are some extra components to be added to your profile to ensure that it receives the maximum amount of views on the website.

1. Log in to your My Guide Client Portal.
2. When you first login you will see your Main Dashboard Page. This page has a brief snapshot of your profiles, any Open Requests Awaiting Your Response, Consumer Reviews, 3 month snapshot and your Vacancies and availabilities. On the Left Hand side of the Dashboard there is an itemised Menu and there is the contact information for the Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative allocated to your profiles as well as the contact information for the DPS Publishing office.
3. To view your new profile select the View All Profiles button which is on the bottom right corner of the Profiles box.
4. This will take you to a page where you can see a full list of all your profiles. Here is lists some of the basic information of your profiles such as Name, ID, Verified, Website (Tier) and Categories. Full and Premium Profiles are able to have images visible on the website, as well as an overview text. Click on the name of the profile that requires upgrading.
5. Once you have opened your profile, check that your basic information and services are correct. At the top of your profile under the Basic Information there is a section where you can write your overview. Depending on what tier you have upgraded the profile to will dictate how many words you are able to write, Full profiles Up to 400 words and Premium profiles up to 1000 words.
6. Once you are happy with the content contained in the Basic Information section you should head to the Media section by using the menu on the right hand side of the profile and selecting the Media option. This will take you to where you are able to upload your images and videos.
7. Here you are able to upload 1 logo which will appear next to your name on your profile, images, up to 14 for a Full Profile and up to 20 for a Premium Profile, and a Hero image that will appear at the top of your profile when you click into it. If your company has videos on YouTube you would like to add to the profile you are able to upload the links, max of 2 for a Full Profile and max of 5 for a Premium Profile.
8. Once you are happy with your updates press the green Save button at the bottom of the profile. Once you are happy with your profile at the very top there is a View profile on AgedCareGuide.com.au button. This will take you to directly to your profile on the website so you are able to see how your images and text look on the website and if you need to make any changes.
